home...for now

...back from another couple weeks on the road
making music
and friends
along the way
witnessed summer thundersnow in
northern arizona
vivid canyon colors
obscured by swirling white clouds
put a finger on the pulse
of people from all over the planet
and can feel a change coming
just over the horizon
just beyond those
swirling white clouds
people (most of them, anyway)
are weary of business as usual
and wary of the powers that be
ready for the next human evolutionary step
a spiritual one
not a change brought on
by some imaginary cloud being
hairy thunderer or
cosmic muffin
a change made by
us
within every heart
every mind

evolution is revolution
everything sacred moves in a circle...
